INICIO's name derives from two Latin words that drive our work: "initium" (beginning) and "inicere" (to inspire)

As a Silicon Valley-based firm specializing in providing tailored executive and enterprise services to leaders navigating high risk, high pressure environments, INICIO was born from our desire to bridge the gap that often arises between the real world and conventional leadership theory. We take hard-won lessons forged in some of the most challenging environments worldwide - from CIA to the C-suite - and blend those lived experiences with science-backed methodologies and proven frameworks that stand apart from standard corporate training fare.
